Jesus Christ. this is nuts. I'm blowing up like a balloon. I'm scared actually. not sure what I can do. new Dr today blew it off......at his office scale said 127. that happened once before when I had serious knee problems and I was depressed and in such pain. I was eating bad then.this is making me feel hopeless.
123.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I saw your post heading to bed and I see you are one of the only 10 or less lbs to go.....I apologize if I am out of line but I see that your sodium intake is off the charts and this could be one of the problems. you might want to do a little research unless you have a medical condition that requires such high sodium consumption. Hope this helps.
