Today is the second day of the 90 Day transformation program. I am the nutrition and supplementation leg of our 5 legged platform. I have made it a goal to record my food journal every day of this program. I missed yesterday!!!!
I'm looking forward to not only bringing new knowledge and appreciation of food to our group, but also to myself.
