Kind of hard to define single servings of a bulk meal, but once it's done, easy to add. The Southern Shepherd's pie is fantastic, btw. Seasoned with Tony Chachere's New Orleans Seasoning.
Enjoying recording all of my meals. It really helps me to stay accountable.
If anyone is actually reading my exercise journal, I'm not really doing yard work for hours a day. I equate the energy spent during a massage to that of what I would spend doing yard work, so there's that explanation.
Keeping water at at least 3 ltrs/day. Proud of that!

wow! It's really going to take some planning to get up to 60% protein. Need to step it up before the real workouts start. Come on turkey burgers!!!

Today is the second day of the 90 Day transformation program.
I am the nutrition and supplementation leg of our 5 legged platform.
I have made it a goal to record my food journal every day of this program. I missed yesterday!!!!
I'm looking forward to not only bringing new knowledge and appreciation of food to our group, but also to myself.
The purpose of this food journal is to develop a reproducible, trackable diet program.
