Well, I strayed from recording my food and exercise, which means that I havn't been paying as close attention as I should have to intake/output. The scale says that I have gained a couple pounds from the last time I weighed in a couple of months ago - my body tells me that it is loosing the muscle I gained when I paid closer attention - but the worst thing is that I am starting to feel the aches and pains again. Time to turn back the other way again. :-)
