I haven't been on in a while and I am thinking that I should probably track my intake for at least a week to keep myself honest and refocus my efforts. That being said - I have maintained the weight-loss that I achieved from my month of boot camp, but I am not sure that I have done as well maintaining the strength. Time to get back to fitting the core exercises into my everyday routine!

Well, I strayed from recording my food and exercise, which means that I havn't been paying as close attention as I should have to intake/output. The scale says that I have gained a couple pounds from the last time I weighed in a couple of months ago - my body tells me that it is loosing the muscle I gained when I paid closer attention - but the worst thing is that I am starting to feel the aches and pains again. Time to turn back the other way again. :-)

Well, I have fell off the banwagon regarding recording my food and journal entries this past month. But becuase of the reminder to go weigh in, I did and was pleasantly surprised to discover that I have continued to lose weigh and am just a bit closer to my goal.
Perhaps I can get back to tracking again, starting with today!

Weighed in again today. It's been 2 weeks and I've lost another two pounds. I am mostly okay with the slow weight loss becasue my boday is definitely making great strides in re-shaping. I'll have to take soem measurements this week and compare them now to what they were when I started back in December. I know that I'll get more satisfaction from those numbers than my weight - clothes that were tight on me a month ago are now loose and people are noticing that I've "lost weight". :-)
