Hmm...Following the diet perfectly (seriously, I'm very strict), walking 40 min each day at 9.5% incline at gym, same weight. Hopefully the next weigh in will be a little more encouraging.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Staying the same can actually be a good thing. It means you are able to keep off what you are losing. Just keep doing what you are doing and will see a loss. On the scale or looser jeans, either makes me happy! Good luck!

When i don't see a drop in numbers, i try on clothes that were snug before and more often than not, they are fitting much better. sometimes when we are workin out so much, we are building that muscle and it is counteracting the weight loss. but still slimmin up! don't get discouraged!! it will drop soon!

As long as your doing what you know is right and WOW working out 40 min a day walking has GOT to be great! The scales will drop. Just don't get discouraged. I was told once at an old weight wathers meeting, back in the dark ages, that when your body in preparing to release fat, it turns/changes into liquid/water in your body first and then is expelled. THey said if you were taking measurements it would show up first in being smaller someplace on your body and THEN show up on the scale. Yolu're doing great, just keep on doing what you are, it will show up!
