I like getting on the scale each day, it helps me to stay "focused" a little bit more. It almost holds me accountable every morning. AND, I can deal with the fluctuations in weight at certain times.

that is very true, it seams as if there was someone asking for acountabylity if you dont loose weight or if you loose, sometimes im even scared of getting on the scale in the morning when i know did not do my best the day before.:( but i love it when i know i did what i had to do it's very reguarding:)
