weight back to 187 now I am over the flu. Bobbing between 186 and 187. My two scales do not agree. Blood sugars the last two days have been 106 and 115. I have been eating too frequently and not writing it down. No desserts or candy but still, too much.
however, I can be glad that clothes fit so much better. A shirt jacket I've had for years now fits again. Has been about two-4 inches gapped in front. Belly and upper stomach fat had shrunk some. Time to get serious. Take blood sugar before each meal. That can really restrain eating. Not eating until I am below 120 is good. Time to start exercising. I am going to move my exercycle into the house despite Donny's protests.

This morning I feel stuffed. I could not finish breakfast, ate less than half.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
