I have been slacking this last month. I haven't worked out in probably two weeks. I've been eating what I want but in moderation. Since I've lost a total of approximately 175 pounds (i've been working on this for a few years) my stomach has shrunk to the point that it's hard for me actually over-eat without suffering severe consequences. I've actually just become serious about losing this last 100 pounds. I had an accident last week (knitting needle that I had in bed and it went through my hip about a quarter half inch deep -ouch)and it kept me away from working out but I'm back now and will see what tomorrow has in store for me.
270.6 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
