im on the atkins -it works!!!!

119.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb. Still to go: 9.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

losing 1.0 lb a week

Yes it does and with no hunger. If I weighed what you way, I'd have to gain weight!!
