Still between 188 and 187.6 (weights on two new scales) but blood sugar was 124. Yesterday's was 104. Not hungry right now, although it is 10 a.m. so that's a blessing. Must walk more
187.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
