Well I finally did what took me 25 years of uumming and aahhing. On Friday I had a breast reduction. No more back aches - no more rashes and no more wishing I could wear a pretty dress that won't fit across my chest. My surgeon took 400 grams from each side and despite being in a fair bit of discomfit I am smiling from ear to ear. (no it's not just the drugs}. I promised myself when I got to 68 kilos that I would go ahead with the reduction and that will inspire me to keep the weight in check. Did I mention I'm 61 years old in September. Feeling good about ourselves is for all of us not matter how old we are. If you have a goal -go for it. I'm vegetarian so getting my diet right took a bit of time but now I feel healthy and vibrant. Yeyyyyyyyyyy meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee:)

I did it 30 years ago. 0ver a pound removed from each side. Never regretted it. Size C is great, but now I have weight loss going on. You will love it in about 3-6 months. Congratulations, big decision, but worth it.
