Had a very nice 14 mile walk yesterday - Glorious weather. I Visited the local pub in the evening for a rare three pints of beer. I am looking forward to getting the new TV and setting it up in the man cave. I will need to find an extra cream leather ikea poang chair so Claire can watch stuff with me. Plus sort out some electrical sockets and shelving for the hi-fi bits.

Our garden produce is doing well, not yet sick of green beans 200 grams every day. Some more of our chillis are ripening and are turning from totally green to red in two days so a thai curry is now past due. My arm is throbbing from all the fairly painful exercises that I have been doing I think that is a good sign. Progress is going to be slow but at least I have a line of sight to a monthly improvement in mobility.

Those chills look good. I still have loads plus plenty of green beans and courgettes. I even made a batch of vegetarian kimchi (with soy rather than fish sauce) using courgettes for my brother and we've still loads. Your walk yesterday sounds good - I hope your arm feels better soon.
