Day 3 Juicing: Made a strawberry, banana, kiwi, cucumber, celery, skim milk & protein shake for today. Nice flavor. Same daily weight swings as old diet, but a little more grumpy this week. Been exercising almost everyday too. Did a interval walk runs today for 36 min. No headaches. :)
183.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
