IM STAYING SO BLOATED ON WATER HOW DO KEEP FROM BEING SO BLOATED FOR TWO DAYS I DID NOT DRINK A LOT OF WATER AND MY WAIGHT STAYED THE SAME AND I GET BACK ON THE WATER LIKE IM SAPPOST TO AND IT HAPPENS AND I DONT KNOW WHAT IM DOING WRONG HELP ME PLS IM SO FRUSTRATED!!!!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Water weight can often be solved by drinking more water. I know that sounds crazy, but it's true. Not consuming as much salt will also make a difference. Hope this helps =)

Yea, that sounds strange. You should be going to the bathroom a lot more when you drink more water. Some things can cause you to retain water such as eating too much sodium in your diet, hormones, medications, and other things. Are you weighing on the same scale, same time, same clothes, before eating and drinking anything and after going to the bathroom in the morning. You might check with the doctor if it keeps happening. When water goes in, it should be coming out, lol!
