1442 kcal Fat: 64.26g | Prot: 41.80g | Carb: 252.34g.   Breakfast: fiber one, crab stick, roberts skim milk, Bell Peppers, Olive Oil, Green Peas (Frozen), Onions, garlic, celery, Broccoli, asparagus, metamucil, Egg, Sardines in Oil (Canned). Lunch: light raspberry yogurt, salsa popcorn, orange, strawberry apple sauce, wheat germ, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal. Dinner: brown sugar dark, Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other: fiber plus , White Cake Pudding Mix with Icing (Oil, Egg Whites, and Water Added), monster energy . more...
