Not happy this morning...the scales are going the wrong way. I know that have to get back into my work outs...I don't know why but its been really hard for me lately...all I feel like doing is sleeping.

It has cooled down...the sun is shining...it's a great day for a photo shoot...the dog and I headed for the woods...hopefully I'll get a few good shots of the fresh snow, and I know that I'll get in a walk at last.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
