You would think that if you could quit smoking, you could follow a gym routine - but I have a really bad time exercising! Just got to keep trying, my ideal weight??? Not sure. According to one internet listing I should be at the most, 139 lbs -- that may be true - so I guess I will aim for 140 lbs.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Keep trying!! You are doing great, but once you get into a regular exercise routing (e.g. just going for a nice walk with a friend or listening to music or enjoying the sights), you will probably feel better and rarely miss a day! Congrats on quitting smoking!!

Haha, those are two very different types of self discipline. Habit breaking vs habit building. Like rhills says, you'll find what works, and feel so much better. (I'm trying to work up courage to ask neighbor if I can borrow his dog for walks.)
