Maintaining is better than gaining! It's the week leading up to shark week, and I've had bouts of insomnia, and insatiable hunger. I've eaten on plan (except that one time at Pei Wei, when I forgot to say no rice noodles and no sauce), but I probably over ate, anyways. Been drinking a lot of water and tea, and pushing so hard in my workouts, which probably helped prevent a gain.
