Vandaag lekker gefitnesst, met de focus op mijn schouderblessure. Ging goed! Vandaag extra opletten met wat ik nog ongemerkt naar binnen krijg.
230.4 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 76.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
