4th day on Detox Diet - I admit I found myself being hungry at some point of times but in managable level. Ten more days to go...to succeed. I know I can do it...this time is going to work regardless what others' thoughts are.
...like my colleague who had unappropriate comments about me having only lemon drink for lunch. She knows very well everything is about us - how we feel within ourselves - not as much as others. Or it should not be as we tend to fail easier. Yes, I do not care about thoughts of others' any more but mine. Stuff you!
207.5 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
