It is Friday, 13th July...a month to my birthday. I did not think of committing to anything but since I heard a friend of mine who committed himself to no alcohol consumption and celibacy to his birthday, I have been thinking about something similar.
I have been trying all over again and again. I would do good until anxiety, loneliness, frustration or boredom creeps into my mind :-(
Now I am committing myself to following Max's Shred Diet to follow until my birthday.
Cutting on:
- carbohydrates,
- milk and coffee consumption*'
- protein bars,
and any late evening crap.
I committ to follow the diet rules regardless my energy level!
*Limited milk & coffee consumption - allowed to have my favourite Voltage Extreme Coffee Chiller from Gloria Jeans once a week :-)
