I am not happy I did really well last week and GAINED!!! I am so upset I know it happens but, I did so good. I didn't give up though I will keep trying hopefully it was a fluke and I will lose extra next week. I have been walking/running about 4 miles a day so hopefully it will add up.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens to almost all of us. You may have weeks of over eating and seeing a big drop. Strange how the body works. Consistency is key, so just keep going. You know it will eventually show.
