Well I was gonna wait until Thurs to weigh, but that damn scale gets me everytime. Glad I did, definitely happy with a 4lb loss. woohoo.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

of course! that's what we're here for...i had a crappy weekend(well, it was good when i was drunk!) but shouldn't have done it, so you're motivating me, i know i can do it! glad to hear you're feelin good about yourself, that is a GREAT weight loss, LUCKY! hehe!

Seriously, we all make mistakes. So ez to fall into temptation or old habits. But so glad to hear that you are jumping right back on track. I have the hardest time losing weight, so I know if Atkins can work for me, it can work for anyone!
