I have out done myself today. Since my company from Africa has left I tossed out all the fattening food that was left. I am still in shock we actually went through 20 pounds of rice in two weeks. Where did he put it? I know where I did 😜. Had a great workout and stuck to my plan. Viva la soy!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
