Joined quite a few challenges to keep myself focused. A little bump in the road binge last night but I'm not going to let it get me down. Show tonight so I'll be lifting some equipment. Think I'll do my 30 mins of core work now before lunch. Really focused on drinking H20. On third pint now. Looking forward to my healthy lunch. Yum :)
