1682 kcal Fat: 69.25g | Prot: 51.75g | Carb: 291.41g.   Breakfast: frozen asparagus, frozen peas, Celery, crab stick, roberts skim milk, Bell Peppers, Olive Oil, spinach, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Onions, garlic, Broccoli, asparagus, Pineapple, all-bran cereal, Egg. Lunch: red bull, pear, strawberry apple sauce, yolite lemon meringue , taco bell salsa, hummus grandessa, Dried Plums Bite Size Pitted Prunes, baby carrots, Radishes, 5 Blackberries = 1/4 cup, ground flaxseed, dannon plain nonfat yogurt, wheat germ. Dinner: peanut butter crunchy peter pan, Red Raspberry Spread, whole wheat bun wonder, Valentina Salsa Picante Popcorn (microwave), metamucil. Snacks/Other: orange, duncan hines brownie, Strawberries, Strawberries, White Cake Pudding Mix with Icing (Oil, Egg Whites, and Water Added). more...
