I'm already down to my lowest weight of last week. I'm expecting to be down another 2lbs this week.

My Spike Days are much larger than average, I have slowly increased my calories beginning around 5,000 so it is not to be copied exactly.

In my book I stand behind the 2X your (RMR) to ensure a surplus. If anything my huge spike days prove to dieters that one bad day will not ruin anything so if you are following a different plan and slip up, you need to move forward and let it go. Too many times we are too hard on ourselves and because of the guilt and stress we just give up. In my book I go beyond that and say it is actually good for your diet to have a splurge day. It helps mentally as well as physically.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
