Still no clue where the weight is going. Maybe its the Zucchini Stew I've been eating...? Doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
I went upstairs to double check myself on my friends scale, and THAT ONE is saying 185.5 this morning, which is even less! It reported 187.5 yesterday, which was just a smidgen higher than the weight from my usual scale. :/ I hope I don't have to buy a new scale. At least it doesn't seem to be underestimating me.
I don't want to get used to using my friends scale, its not usually accessible, but she's on vacation right now, so although that lower number is tempting, I'll stick with the higher result.

I keep thinking that maybe it's not completely balanced, but it's one of those stubborn ones that once it weighs you, it remembers. So it won't tell you anything different than the first result unless you trick it by picking up something very heavy and weighing yourself again. Then it thinks you are a different person and will weigh you again. I picked up my dog and weighed myself using him as a guide after I went upstairs and used my friends scale, and now the one downstairs is saying I'm 185.0. which was one of the two results my friends scale have me, it just kept giving me 185.5 more often. :/ it's possible that it wasn't sitting even when I weighed myself the first time.
But it's stubborn and it remembers.
I keep considering buying myself a thick 18 by 18 inch floor tile to set it on, so that it will possibly more balanced. None of the floors in this house are perfectly flat anymore, I don't think.

I don't think my scale would appreciate knowing I was scale-hopping, especially doing it with my dog. (That might be your problem, Luneth -- scale-promiscuity! You do that that there is no cure, right?)
