Have to work on day 3 of week 1's challenge. Lost a pound. Trying to find a way to celebrate and not beat myself up for only loosing one pound! Emotions are the hardest part of a diet! UGH!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
