I have been eating so much. Mostly to socialize and out of anxiety.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I found that having a glass of water to drink , along with everything else,at social events helps cut down on calorie intake :-)
