Well this weight was done in the middle of the afternoon, after I had slept from working night shift! So maybe after the weekend, once things are back on track, I will record a real weight! Still happy that it is a loss, even if minimal!

Nice work. Have you usually been weighing at the same time every day? I like to do the morning because it's the most consistent, no excess food in my stomach.

Sometimes, not always the same times. But, I feel like the weightloss has slowed, which kind of sucks. I have a lot to lose, I am eating healthy and usually around 1800 cal per day. Considering I went from never counting and knowing I was eating prob more like 2800 a day, I would think I would see better results. I also think this is counter active to my anxiety vs exercise issue. I started exercise to relieve my anxiety, now I started wondering if this isn't bringing it back!
