Well, I have been gone, but not forgotten! LOL. I have been working out all last week, but I decided to take a week off of logging everything. I also ate foods I wouldn't normally eat. I will get back on track this week with that business. But I have gotten to the point that I needed to change something b/c this platuea is sucking! So I thought maybe I would confuse my body a little bit with eating regular foods and still monitoring portions somewhat. I continued to exercise through this, and I felt great.
I never started this for weightloss. I need to remember my roots as to why I started this. For my own personal stress release, mental sanity, emotional stability...etc! And if weightloss happens (which I hope it would) then that would be a great addition to the other benefits! So here I am getting ready to start a new week. I will weight myself in the morning. I have been working all night, so I am not sure it is a true weight, but it will be there!
Also, looking to go to a running place to get fitted? Err...assessed? Peak Perfomance/RunnerBlock...they assess your gait/stance/run and tell you what kind of running shoes are most beneficial for a person. I will keep you all updated on what I find!

Hello All! Been a little while since I was on! I got caught up in stress and busy work week! I didn't get to do too much exercising either :( This week hopefully back on track. I did end up going golfing with a friend on Wednesday, so that was a relaxing day, and then Thursday I did go for a run at the gym and rode bike a little. But the kids had no school on Friday, and I worked Saturday night, then Easter sunday! UGH...the kids still don't have school on Monday, but too bad, I know I will need a work out that morning.
Back to the stress thing. Bad week for that, havent' really wanted to cook at home, haven't really been going over board, but just not "into" it this past week. I know that this is a lifestyle change, and that said, I don't want to fall off the wagon, but weight loss platuea has hit and stress, they just don't help a person out. Thus I have stayed away from the scale too.
We will see what Monday brings. Until then, hope everything is going well for everyone!
