1599 kcal Fat: 77.81g | Prot: 52.39g | Carb: 245.83g.   Breakfast: crab stick, Bell Peppers, Olive Oil, Light Original Soymilk, spinach, Onions, celery, Broccoli, Pineapple, all-bran cereal, Egg. Lunch: Sardines in Oil (Canned), wheat germ, ground flaxseed, Mustard, 5 Blackberries = 1/4 cup, Dried Plums Bite Size Pitted Prunes, Soynuts (Hot 'N Spicy), pear, Strawberries. Dinner: metamucil, Raisins, honey roasted soynuts, ragu, Cabbage, Valentina Salsa Picante Popcorn (microwave). Snacks/Other: duncan hines brownie, White Cake Pudding Mix with Icing (Oil, Egg Whites, and Water Added). more...
