1335 kcal Fat: 71.59g | Prot: 51.63g | Carb: 139.09g.   Breakfast: Chobani Apple Cinammon fat free, Almond Milk, kale, blueberries, Ground Flax Meal. Lunch: cinnamon raisin swirl peanut butter, Oat Bran Hot Cereal, almond milk, egg whites. Dinner: ranch dressing, croutons, grape tomatoes, spinach, green leaf lettuce, pizza hut. Snacks/Other: kashi heart to heart, baby carrots. more...
