Smoothie time. I've been hankering to crunch on empty calorie stuff like pretzels or worse ( sweets). While there's nothing wrong with pretzels per say for someone who can eat them with no consequence but for me they are just empty starchy calories that would take the place of some with actual nutrition.
I did double the usual walk tonight and maybe that burned a little extra energy. Maybe that had made me think I deserve to be a bit peckish. So a small protein smoothie w. greens, banana and a little milk.
