ok. I want. to cry. how can I just let go and let all my hard work go to waste? and even though this should motivate me to whip my butt back into shape it really just makes me want to cry and give up...but I won't ill persevere and hopefully the results that come with it will re-motivate me. there's no option to quit!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
