Nice one pal. Keep it up.
I can't weigh in this week, scales out of order so will hold off til next week. Not sure if thats a good thing or bad thing. I kind of look forward to the weigh in every Thursday once a week.

I am as surprised as you guys, l have done a lot of cycling, gym work and most of all l am getting to grips with my food intake. It was all over the place. I had a period of time (5 weeks) where I maintained so I am really happy with my loss. Thanks for the great comments I look forward to seeing how you all do.

Well done. Proof if it was needed that regular excercise is the key to it all. Your maintain was probably just your body adjusting.

Good to see regular progress on you weight loss.
A word or 2 of advise. Don't be shocked or disheartened if your weight goes up now and again. My weight chart is like a side view of the Cairngorms.
Keep your focus on the long term goals and they will come.
Good luck....
