On the 20th I went to a wedding and had a small piece of cake, a mint, and a small cup of punch, then we ate at Lambert's...bad bad for the diet!

149.8 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
