My weight seems to be going the wrong way. I am really starting to get discouraged. Ugh.
213.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thanx for the encouragement. Yes, I am calorie counting... and stepped up the exercise. I have 8 pounds to go to get to my goal of 200lbs by the 15th of April.
