still recuping from vein treatment, lots better than yesterday!

2266 kcal Fat: 82.10g | Prot: 55.14g | Carb: 350.56g.   Breakfast: Pineapple, crab stick, Bell Peppers, skim milk, Olive Oil, spinach, Onions, celery, Broccoli, asparagus, all-bran cereal, Egg. Lunch: all bran crackers, Sardines in Oil (Canned), Mustard, Adora Calcium Supplement, celery, Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added), Dried Plums Bite Size Pitted Prunes, carrots, Blackberries, Honey Roasted Creamy Peanut Butter. Dinner: Nonfat Plain Yogurt, hummus, Barbecue Sauce, ranch and honey mustard, Ground Beef (Hamburger, Approx 23% Fat, Frozen Patties), wonder wheat hot dog buns, salad. Snacks/Other: Milk Chocolate M&M's, hershey's miniatures, kisses, 90 Calorie Chewy Bars - Chocolate, White Cake Pudding Mix with Icing (Oil, Egg Whites, and Water Added), metamucil, caramel - cinnamon topsy's popcorn (1/2c.). more...
