So i know i say i was getting frustrated in my last post and i still am but I'm sticking with the south beach because it really works well. I have taken the suggestions of some and loked up some new recipies so I can try new things. It's just gettign to the store and then actually getting (my mother-lol) to cook them. So far I haven't been losing that much due to a few slipups and finding out that lager has massive amount of carbs in it. opps...hope all is well with all you guys and girls.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet The South Beach Diet   losing 1.1 lb a week


LOL Hmm... whoops on the lager! lol Sorry, cracked me up! Okay, so seriously... you are getting your mom-in-law to cook your meals, ... NICE!! Your chart is heading down the right direction, keep up the great work!!

From the looks of your chart, I think you are doing very well. All you have to do is keep on doing what your doing.....You should be proud of your weight loss so far.

Trying new things makes dieting easier I think. I get bored with the same old things. At least you're losing and not gaining!
