Eating better for sure. Taken out all of the foods that have added sugar and also the foods that have high levels of natural sugar. Working harder now outdoors so the exercise level has gone up. However, still feeling winded and sore from working on the property. I predict that will get better as I shed more pounds and take the exercise up another notch. I'm feeling good and I'm happy with the progress I've made so far. Next target is 190lbs. At that weight, I do believe my stamina will reach yet another level.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
