Been some time since last weigh in. Up four pounds. Honestly I just kind of gave up and ate terribly. Started a new job this month and have just been stressed. Things have calmed some and I want to get this started right. No more non-sense or lying to myslef. Looking at before/after weightloss pictures and wishing that was me.
I'm done with that. Going to have my boyfriend take weekly pictures of me so that I can see where I am and where I have yet to go.
