Amazed that an after breakfast weight could be down so much. Hopefully tomorrow will be even better. I would love to see 189. (and eventually 135). AM blood sugar 97 but I ate out last night. Weird wt history but I discovered my broken scale was weighing about 4 lbs light when I got a new scale and compared. My weight shot up to 198 on my new scale when my broken scale said 194, but then I have had some progress. Blood sugar mostly down but I have stopped eating fruit at breakfast because my blood sugar was up immediately after eating, which is a measurement I usually don't take. I also had a high blood sugar at 4 pm. yesterday, 150, after not eating since noon, but I think it was the hunger thing where we get to a certain point where the body begins to compensate by loading in stored sugar.
