I had white rice, beer, and hard cider Sunday. I am very bloated still.
131.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1427 kcal Fat: 57.08g | Prot: 73.04g | Carb: 168.05g.   Breakfast: Fried Egg, Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh), Cooked Okra (Fat Added in Cooking). Lunch: Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Added in Cooking), Beets, Salmon, Sweet Cherries. Dinner: BBQ style beans and rice. Snacks/Other: Fresh & Easy Sugar Snap Peas, Hummus, Nectarines, Cashew Nuts. more...

Well, the beer I had WAS delicious (one of Stone's premium IPAs), but not really work it since I still am not right four days later.
