I've been cheating on my diet and feeling the consequences. I'm really bound up and all I can think about is how all that stuck food is literally rotting in my gut. No grains or nuts for a few days! Which is a bummer because I'm craving toasted walnuts.

I'm trying to work on a "safe foods list." I think cabbage, zucchini and summer squash, cherries, and nectarines are on there. I also tolerate grass fed beef really well (better than fish or chicken). I need to truly do an elimination diet, but it's just so work intensive and should really start with a fast. I'm camping this weekend, so it's not a good time for me to be extra selective with my diet. Maybe after I get back from vacation on August 23rd.
132.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Toast your walnuts about 10 min in a dry skillet with constant stirring. So much tastier that way. Kale is easy, but I don't like it raw unless you soak it in some kind of acidic dressing. I just cook it like collard greens, but you have to de-vein kale.

Awe...I've been having that issue off and on...I juice when I fall off the wagon and it gets my body back on track and it gets my guts working properly... You can get back to where you were so don't stress..Your doing great
