Sometimes we have those moments of obsessing over our weight during our weight loss..I did the same thing... Trying to make sure I ate everything right and trying to make sure my calories were right on target or under but really the key is be proud that you decided to get healthy and not treat it like we have to hurry to get every pound off and obsess over weighing in..I hit a Plato for almost 2 weeks but I also got off track for a minute.. I got right back on and I'm really proud of my accomplishments because I know how hard I have worked and I give myself a patient on the back..You got this girl

You are doing great. Look how far you have come. Don't obsess. Try busying yourself with other things. It's just food, it doesn't deserve so much of your energy. Remember your goals. Kick ass this week, maybe try intermittent fasting which for me takes the focus off of food. Keep your eye on that mini goal of 137. Think about how that will make you feel. You've got this.

We're judged by this number for so long, it's surprising that some people can weigh themselves and NOT obsess.

Another idea might to focus on other healthy goals, like how many miles you can walk in a week, improvement in weight lifting, how amazingly organized your drawers and closets are. You can set goals in many areas of your life that are not related to weight and the weight will take care of itself. If you totally "obsess" on it (in the truest meaning of the word) it could lead to an eating disorder. Focus on becoming a well rounded person!

Take it a little at a time. I have been trying to loose 80 lbs. For the past 1.5 but I'm not giving up.

When the scale won't budge... use a seamstress tape measure and track your body's physiological changes... then celebrate by trying on new clothes, post selfies and claim each-and-every small victory. Forward is the primary key and speed is only the variable.

You can do this. Make sure you log everything you eat. It helps you see where you can make improvements.
