Seems like I'm going to plateau here. I need to switch things up in my calorie intake/exercise level ratio. Time to get my bicycle working!
129.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice. I'll likely start lifting when gardening season is over, but I'd rather be outside in temperate months. How many calories does 24 mi burn? I have a few historic neighborhoods I can explore near me that should be fun.
