Monday I weighed 128 (I knew it was carb bloat) Now down 4lbs in 3 days 😜 Yesterday I had an energy filled workout at home!! Arms and squats and lunges with some yoga thrown in. Five months Keto and I'm slowly seeing progress 😀
124.0 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
